Welcome to Villa Gem, an American-style villa set in an exclusive plot, which can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people, providing 4 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. It is located in Kanalia area, just a 5 minute drive from the famous Ornos beach.
The villa comprises of a large main property and two guest rooms.
The main house with flawless white walls and stylish furnishing has three en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, an open plan living and dining area and a modern kitchen.
Meeting point in this villa, it’s the vast exterior area with the swimming pool and delightful shaded dining and lounge area with a breathtaking view of the Aegean Sea.
The two guest rooms are located next to the main entrance. The first one with a big living room, suitable to accommodate two more guests in convertible sofa bed and a bathroom. In the attic you can find a romantic sea view bedroom with en suite bathroom.
